Work you can automate shouldn’t stay manual.

Turn tasks into workflows you can run on demand. From spreadsheet automation to custom software, we cut cost and time.

  • 1) Build: describe the task + upload sample inputs; top AI models draft the algorithm.
  • 2) Approve: review draft artifacts, revise, then accept.
  • 3) Run + measure: deterministic runs; track time and cost saved.

FAQ

Quick questions

Clear answers to the common questions.

What problem does Secrella solve?
Secrella builds custom software to automate internal operations at a fraction of traditional cost. Common use cases include:
  • Spreadsheet automation in ops/finance/logistics (rules, reconciliation, recurring reports).
  • Custom internal tools or integrations that remove manual handoffs.
  • Workflow automation where deterministic, auditable runs matter.
Is Secrella one product or two?
Secrella has two connected products:
  • Secrella Platform: build workflows with AI, approve them, then run deterministically on demand.
  • Secrella AI Agents: always-on (24/7) teammates in channels like Slack/Teams/Telegram/Discord.
You can use either one alone, or combine both.
When should I use AI Agents vs. the Platform?
  • Use AI Agents for continuous monitoring, chat-triggered requests, proactive alerts, and teammate-style handoffs.
  • Use the Platform for controlled, repeatable workflows where review, approvals, artifacts, and audit trail are required.
Do AI Agents replace workflow approval?
No. Approval still happens in the platform. AI is used to draft or revise workflow logic, but production runs should use approved workflows.
Can AI Agents trigger approved Secrella workflows?
Yes. Agents can be connected to trigger approved workflows from channel commands or events, then return outputs/status back to the same channel.
If a run is triggered by an agent, is it still deterministic?
Yes. Determinism comes from the approved workflow definition, not from the trigger source. Dashboard, API, or agent-triggered runs all produce the same style of receipts: inputs, outputs, logs, and run history.
What is a workflow?
A workflow is an approved, runnable automation that takes defined inputs and produces outputs. Workflows are what you run in production.
Where does AI happen, and where does determinism happen?
AI is used during setup to draft/revise the workflow. After you accept it, runs execute with the approved workflow logic for a given input set and produce an auditable receipt (inputs, outputs, logs, and run history).
What is a “workflow build” (or “build”)?
A build is the draft stage created by the AI agents. It includes:
  • The proposed workflow implementation
  • Example outputs generated from your sample inputs
  • Optional validation checks (on additional inputs)
A build is not production-ready until you approve it.
What is the difference between “build” and “run”?
  • Build: creates or revises the workflow (can take minutes).
  • Run: executes an approved workflow on real inputs (typically seconds to minutes, depending on workload).
What do I need to provide to set up a workflow?
Example inputs (spreadsheets) that represent what you’ll run later, plus a brief description of what must come out. If you can provide a known-good expected output for those inputs, Secrella can learn your exact rules more reliably.
What if I don’t have an expected output yet?
You can still start from inputs only. In that mode, Secrella first helps shape a reasonable output format, then turns it into a workflow you can approve.
What are artifacts, and why do I review them?
Artifacts are files produced by setup or a run. During setup, the key artifact is the output you download and verify—approval is the safety gate before the workflow is used on real inputs. During a run, artifacts are the outputs for the files you uploaded.
Are runs really unlimited?
Yes. The monthly subscription is based on how many workflows you keep active—not the number of runs. Each run still produces artifacts, logs, and a run history.
Who can access the Workflow Builder?
During beta, access is granted per user. Some accounts can run workflows but cannot create or modify workflows.
Is Secrella secure?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with per-company encryption keys managed outside the app. Access is gated by role and company, and every run is auditable with logs and receipts.
When will open registration be available?
Secrella is currently an invite-only beta. You may request access and provide an invite code. Requests are reviewed manually; submitting a request does not guarantee access.
How do I get help if my workflow is complex?
If the AI agents can’t reliably set up your workflow (or your case is high-risk/complex), we’ll offer a human-assisted onboarding path. This is being rolled out gradually during beta.
